We offer complementary in-store pick up for local customers who select In-Store Pick up at check out. Pick up orders will be notified via email used to order when pick up is ready.

Shipping rates are based on location and weight of orders.
Orders containing 5 gallon containers are excluded and are listed for local customer to order and pick up. Please contact us if you would like to purchase a 5 gallon item and have it shipped.
How quickly will my package arrive?
We work to process all orders within 3-5 days for in-stock items. Once processed in the warehouse, the shipping method selected will determine the remainder of the timeline.
Item Out of Stock?
If we discover an item you ordered was out of stock, we will contact you with the option of a like item replacement or refund.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we ship to PO boxes through USPS.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! However some items do have shipping restrictions.
Will I have to sign for the package
We typically do not place "signature required" on orders. However the driver may request a signature at their discretion. We can put “no signature required” on the order at your request. By selecting “no signature required” Carolina Detail Supply assumes no further liability for missing or lost packages.
Is tracking information provided?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number via the email when we print the shipping label.
Can I correct my address after an order is placed?
We do our best to verify address prior to shipping when notified by our tracking system, however if your shipping address is incorrect on your order, please call us as soon as possible and we will be happy to change it for free.

Missing or Damaged Package:
All shipping includes a tracking number, missing or damaged packages must be filed with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for missing or packages damaged in transit.
Returns & Exchanges:
We offer a 30 day refund or exchange policy for unopened or unused merchandise from the date of purchase. Please reach out to us via email to request a return or exchange, firstname.lastname@example.org
We do not require a restocking fee, however you will be responsible for return shipping costs, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item a refund will be issued via the method of original payment or an exchange will be shipped out. In the event an item is returned that is not in its original condition or damaged we reserve the right to issue a limited refund based on the condition of the item.
